Q. Are the fees payable annually?

A. No the design fee is a ONE OFF fee and after that the website is yours! WE charge (currently) 1350 baht per annum for hosting and domain renewal. This is the charge we pay and it is subject to change each year if prices for these services goes up. You will be notified before each renewal and there is no obligation to continue - you can take the website elsewhere if you wish, its YOURS.

Q. Who owns the Domain Name?

A. YOU DO (subject the fee having been paid)! This will be given explicitly in writing. If you wish to take the domain to a new host you will be liable for any transfer costs applied by the registrar which are currently around 1700 baht. We are very aware that certain website / web page providers in Pattaya have tried to hold customers to ransom by claiming ownership of domain names - we will never do this and will ONLY apply costs we have to pay to make the transfer.

Q. Who owns the website?

A. YOU DO! You can take the website away any time you wish if you want to move to a new host etc.

Q. Where is the website hosted?

A. Your website will be hosted in either the UK or the USA. That means a faster response and is more secure than hosting in Thailand.

Q. Is the monthly Maintenance and Marketing fee compulsory?

A. NO this is entirely optional! Plus, if you DO take it you can stop it at any time.
